⁴⁰ Therefore Yahweh burned with anger against his people.
He abhorred his inheritance.

⁴⁰ And the anger of Jehovah Is kindled against His people, And He doth abominate His inheritance.

⁴⁰ Therefore was the wrath of the Lord kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance.
