¹³ Ephraim's jealousy will vanish, and Judah's enemies[1] will be destroyed; Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, nor Judah hostile toward Ephraim.

¹³ The envy also of Ephraim will depart, and those who persecute Judah will be cut off. Ephraim won’t envy Judah, and Judah won’t persecute Ephraim.

¹³ Then at last the jealousy between Israel and Judah will end. They will not be rivals anymore.

¹³ The jealousy of Ephraim will dissolve, the hostility of Judah will vanish - Ephraim no longer the jealous rival of Judah, Judah no longer the hostile rival of Ephraim!
