Daily prayer is a vital part of a fruitful Christian life. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 tells us, "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."
It is through continuous prayer and thanksgiving to God, we are able to renew our hearts of minds with peace and love as Christ abides in us.
"Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer." (Romans 12:12)
Use this collection of daily prayers to ask God each day in supplication of what you need most: healing, strength, patience, love, etc.

We give you sincere thanks
for the rest of the past night
and for the gift of a new day,
with its opportunities to pleasing you.
Grant that we may so pass its hours
in the perfect freedom of your service,
that at evening, we may again give you thanks;

Lord God, heavenly Father, you generously give us your blessing and our daily bread. Preserve us from greed and awaken our hearts that we willingly share your blessed gifts with our neighbors in need.

Dear Lord,
Thank you for being a loving and forgiving God. I thank you for your example of how to live and walk in peace and forgiveness. I look forward to opportunities to live at peace with everyone. Although the world may teach me to hold a grudge, I choose to follow your way instead. Lord, search my heart and show me any person that I may have negative feelings towards. I ask for wisdom on how to cultivate peace and walk free from bitterness. Give me a heart for those that I don’t understand and help me to always walk in your love.

Father God, many of us need healing. I need healing for past hurts, random physical pains that I allow to interrupt my days, and Spiritual healing for various reasons. I reach up to You to receive this healing so that I may be whole and that I may be able to then minister to others in a way that brings You fullness of glory. How wonderful to be able to worship You without stain or blemish and to be totally healed. Show others Your healing power so that they may also be healed and walk in wholeness. Dear Heavenly Father, thank You, Lord for loving me and reminding me of Your Truth. Help me keep my eyes on You, especially in times of rejection.
