Are You Treating Your Body Like a Holy Temple?

Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us that our body is a temple and we are to take care of it. Today I went on a walk with my dog Carmen and I'm trying to do my best to take care of my body as we age. Our bodies change and what we need changes as well but I am here to remind you today even if it is simple as going outside and getting some vitamin D and taking your dog for a walk or drinking some water or having coffee with a friend that can lift up our emotional and mental state. So do something today to take care of yourself and your body so that you are helping yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally, and you're also helping yourself spiritually.
