How to Have No Regrets at the End

May 8, 2012

“We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work.”

John 9:4

Back in 1969, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were getting ready to go to the moon, and a reporter asked Armstrong, “When you’re on the moon, how many hours of life support do you have? Neil Armstrong replied, “Six hours of life support.”

So then the reporter asked Armstrong, “What if you discovered when you got on the moon that something was wrong and you couldn’t start up the engine to come back home? What would you do in those six hours you had remaining?”

Armstrong said, “I’d work on the engine!”

We don’t know how many hours we have left personally or prophetically. Today could be the day you meet Jesus either one-on-one or by Him returning. The end is always near. Our days on earth are short and until the end, therefore, we’re to work.

When you look back at the short time you’ve had here on this little blue planet, what will you think? Will you look back with regret over what you could have or should have done? Or will you see your life as being sold-out for Christ? Live each day full-out for Him so at the end, you’ll have no regrets!

LIVE EACH DAY FULL-OUT FOR JESUS CHRIST SO YOU’LL HAVE NO REGRETS WHEN YOUR TIME IS DONE!

Unlock the Power of Persistent Prayer

Dear Friend,

If you’re like most Christians, you would agree that prayer is a vital part of a vibrant spiritual life. But when it comes to your personal prayer life, perhaps there’s a difference between what you say and what you do.

To me, the reason for this is clear: most people don’t really know how to pray. That’s why I want to send you my brand new book, The Promise of Persistent Prayer. In this book I show you how you can tap into the promises of God and open the floodgates of His blessings. And I share with you the one thing that really matters when it comes to making your prayers heard.

The Promise of Persistent Prayer is my gift to thank you for your donation to PowerPoint this month, so please request your copy when you give. It’s my hope that this book will show you how to break out of the ordinary and unlock the power of prayer in your life!
