Humility is a virtue all of us should desire. Humility isn’t thinking less of yourself. It’s not thinking of yourself at all.
Humility desires for others to get the glory. It always wants to point to the other person who gave the pass. A person filled with humility knows that he is where he is because someone else paid the extraordinary price for him to succeed. And he wants that person to get credit for what he did to aid his success.
When a person is humble, others want to work with him. It’s a pleasure to share work with him. The team is more important than the individual. And great teams are always the most successful.
Are you filled with humility? It’s the indispensable human virtue. It’s what allows a great deal of success to happen in life.
