Hands-On Faith – Week of March 5, 2018

Hands-on Faith for Families – week of March 5, 2018

Theme: Let God Use You as You Are

God Planned Us

Scripture: For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. (Psalm 139:13)

Play: Take turns thinking of different machines — such as a computer or a hair dryer. Then give first person clues about the object while others guess what it is: “I help you do homework. I sit on your lap or a desk.”

Talk: Computers, hair driers and other machines are complex and require careful design and construction. Your body is also complex and full of systems with interconnecting parts. Your body shows God’s careful planning. The Bible says that before you were born, God formed your inward parts and knit you together (Psalm 139:13). What are some of the amazing ways that different parts of a body work together?

Pray: Praise God for His miraculous work that’s shown in each person.
