Frederick A. Packard was born in Marlborough, Massachusetts. He became the editorial secretary of the American Sunday School Union and edited various Sunday school publications, without which the growing movement would have been at sea.

Birth of Marmion Loyd Lowe. Soon after his conversion, he was a student at Practical Bible Training School. He returned as a faculty member in the early 1930s and was a beloved Bible teacher for over four decades. Many of his students became laborers in God's kingdom.
