Walter Bauer (1877 to 1960)

Walter Bauer was born in Koenigsberg, Germany. He became a Lutheran theologian and lexicographer (student of words), author of a famed lexicon of the Greek of the New Testament and other early Christian literature. This was translated into English by Arndt and Gingritch.
